Enlighten Studios hosts Lantern. This notice is for the software seats and the plant-import work we do as a billed job.

Enlighten Studios, Waukesha, Wisconsin, runs Lantern. Write lantern@enlightenstudios.us. We are a small studio, not a data broker.
Account: name, work email, company, role, password hash, and session cookie. Tenant: street address of buildings, plant records (rooms, jacks, closets, ports, phones, wireless), work orders, customer invoices you create, SOP documents, and Fluke PDFs you upload. Mail: we send invites, password resets, and operator notices from lantern@enlightenstudios.us. The Mail tab inside Enlighten admin keeps a copy of outbound mail so we can recover a seat if SMTP fails.
Harborline Logistics is a fictional demo building used for training. It is not a real customer and those sample records are not anyone’s production plant.
To run the map, bill seats and imports, invite techs, reset passwords, and freeze a tenant that is past due. We do not sell plant data, invoices, or emails to other shops or to advertisers. We do not use the closet map to train a public model.
People on your tenant, at the roles you assign. Enlighten operators can open a tenant to approve the company, import a plant, fix a freeze, or read the mail outbox. Hosting and mail sit on our Waukesha production host. We do not hand a shop’s plant to another contractor.
Sign-in uses an HTTP-only session cookie. That is how we know which seat is open. We do not drop advertising pixels on the product.
Account and plant stay while the tenant is active. A frozen tenant keeps plant on disk so the map is still there when the seat is current again. You can ask us to close a company; we will delete or export tenant data on that request unless we have to keep a billing record.
Company admins can edit people and buildings in the product. For a copy, a correction, or a delete of tenant data, email lantern@enlightenstudios.us from the company admin address on the seat.
