When the pull is done, the Fluke PDF sits on the work order and the bill matches the customer PO. You already have LinkWare and QuickBooks. This is the hole between them.
Cable Pro is $99/mo for the office and $35/mo per field seat. A six-person shop is $274/mo. We map the building as a job.

What the tech actually does
The jack in your hand
Type a cable ID or an extension. Lantern fills closet, panel, switch port, length, and media when that horizontal is in the plant.
The phone on the drop
IP phone, daisy-chained PC, jack letter. The closet and the directory stop being two lists.
The cert on the job
Export Permanent Link from LinkWare. Upload the PDF to the work order. We do not parse LinkWare. We keep the paper with the pull.
The invoice that matches the PO
Footage, jacks, labor, trip. Customer PO on the work order becomes the PO on the invoice. Net 30. Enlighten does not take a cut.

Lantern seats
You pay Enlighten Studios for the office, field seats, and extra buildings. QuickBooks or a check — the way you already pay us. If the invoice ages out, we freeze the tenant. The plant file is still yours.

The job invoice
You bill the building owner from the work order. PO, footage, cert, Net 30. That AR is yours. Enlighten does not take a cut and does not sit on that payment.
Plant import
The map is a job. We charge for the walk.
Plant is tenant data, not a demo building we compiled once. Someone has to produce the file — site walk, as-builts, spreadsheet. That is a services job in front of the software. Typical office is $3,500.
